1. Engineering and 3D Design
The foundation of every project is accurate analysis. Optimal electrical components are selected based on the plant's actual power requirements (kW). Our electrical schematics are engineered using modern 3D design software to eliminate on-site assembly errors.
2. Panel Fabrication and Assembly
Once the designs are approved, our specialized in-house technicians assemble the control panels in our workshop. Manufacturing and panel assembly strictly comply with international standards and workplace safety regulations.
3. Workshop Cold Testing (Factory Acceptance Test - FAT)
A critical quality assurance milestone. Prior to dispatch, all components undergo rigorous inspection, and panels are fully pre-tested under controlled workshop conditions.
4. SCADA Design and Software Development
We engineer the plant’s central brain—the SCADA system—to provide intuitive monitoring and operation. We deploy an end-to-end software architecture featuring real-time data acquisition, automated reporting, and alarm management.
5. Field Cabling and Tray Installation
We combine functionality with clean engineering practices in field installations:
3D Cable Routing: Designing cable runs in 3D prevents on-site clashes and congestion.
Marshalling Schematics: Detailed connection drawings ensure transparent signal tracking.
Field Termination: Instrumentation and drive connections are executed with zero defect margins.
6. Site Cold Commissioning
After on-site mechanical and electrical installation, the entire sequence of operations is simulated via SCADA prior to introducing material. Field cabling, I/O signal validity, and interlock safety limits are individually verified.
7. Hot Commissioning and Plant Handover
The milestone where the plant processes raw material. Every unit, from primary crushing to final packaging, is brought up to full rated capacity and optimal operational efficiency. The facility is handed over in its most stable operating state.
