Crushing & Screening Unit: Reduction of raw gypsum rock to the optimum particle size for calcination.
Calcination Unit: High-efficiency kiln systems in which the crystal water of natural gypsum is removed in a controlled manner (rotary kiln or patented CAF vertical kiln options).
Grinding & Classification: High-precision mill and separator systems to achieve the required micronised fineness.
Dosing & Mixing: Automated blending centre where chemical additives and perlite are blended to formulation with millimetric precision.
Packaging & Dispatch: Valve-bag filling machines and optional robotic palletising solutions.
